To verify you have completed a genuine AHA course, ensure your card looks like the one below.

The Instructor cards, also called Emergency Cardiovascular Care (ECC) course cards, are available only to authorized Training Centers (TCs) with a confidential security code issued by AHA National Center ECC Programs. They are used to prove the completion of courses.
E-cards are the electronic version of the card. You can purchase them here.
